Delivery is free on all orders.

Orders will be shipped via courier and will be dispatched within 2 working days.

You will receive email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

We have a 30-day return policy which means if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in it's original packaging. You will also need to supply the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note our policy takes action 30 days since your order has been dispatched.

To start a return, please contact us here. We will then open a returns case and provide a UK return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate and rectify the issue. If possible, please provide photographic evidence within your email.

Refunds will be issued within 3 days of the return being accepted.

Please note that orders outside of the UK may be subject to import duties.

In order to adjust the wrist strap to the desired length, first of all then the link pins.

Check what side has a small line of the link pin. This is the top. Use the strap adjustment tool to push from the bottom to remove the link pin.

Once adjusted to desired length to reinsert the pin bottom first pushing from the top.

In order to adjust the date/time pull the crown out slightly & turn clockwise to amend the date. Push back in to continue timing.

In order to amend the date pull the crown out slightly further & the hands will stop moving, it can be turned either clockwise or anti clockwise to match your current time then push back in to start the watch.

Rotawach has a limited 1 year warranty from the original purchase date. The warranty does not cover user abuse, water damage, wear and tear, batteries, glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
